Orlando, I have read both your posts. I will be writing to the HRA regarding the Written Parliamentary Questions on:
1. Informed consent following the FWS ruling that, regardless of a GRC, Eve (formerly Adam) will live most of his life as a man, not a woman, and have PATHWAYS CYP been made aware of that
2. That PATHWAYS clinical staff must not collude in the falsification of the sex/gender marker to F on Eve's identification documents such as passports.
I think the HRA will find these points harder to dismiss than your autogynephilia ones.
I do not see why autogynephilia cannot be considered a co-morbidity like gayness as a driver for transition.
The ethics committee process was a rubber-stamp.
