Don't Be a Pronoun Clown
Introduction
When you state your third person pronouns:
in your X/Twitter profile,
or at the end of an email,
or at the start of a meeting,
or use she/her to refer to a man pretending to be a woman, do not think you are being polite, inclusive or virtuous.
You are, in fact, stating your support for:
men participating in women’s sports,
men claiming women’s language,
men occupying women’s spaces
and the mutilation and sterilization of children questioning their sex (male or female) and/or sexual orientation.
How virtuous is that?
Not at all. You are a Pronoun Clown and a deserving subject for derision.
Grammar
Third person pronouns are sexed and refer to a preceding noun in a sentence. For example, “The man entered the room, and he shut the door behind him”. The pronouns “he” and “him” refer to “The man”, a male noun . In the sentence “The ‘trans’ woman entered the room, and she shut the door behind her” the pronouns “she” and “her” are grammatically wrong because a ‘trans’ woman is a man (an adut male human).
Signalling
As it is not possible to change sex (confirmed by Stonewall and the University of Sussex, where Professor Kathleen Stock was persecuted for her ‘Gender Critica’ views, and others.1) using she/her pronouns to refer to a man pretending to be a woman:
signals that you believe it is possible to change sex and that young Eve can transition to Adam. This process involves Puberty Blockers to arrest her puberty. She will then, in all likelihood, proceed to cross-sex hormones and a become a lifelong medical patient. She may elect to have her breasts removed, her genitalia altered, and uterus removed to more closely resemble a simulacrum of a man.
signals your allegiance to Gender Identity Ideology, an ideology that will erase women as a sex class. Consider a biology class of five pupils: one girl, one boy, two non-binary pupils and one ‘trans’ pupil. How many girls are in the class? It is not possible to tell as the sex of three of the pupils has been erased. It is the equivalent of the Masonic handshake which signals one’s membership of the brotherhood to fellow Masons.
